Phil and Jack,
Thanks for all your hard work & efforts to get the memorial flag stone up in memory of Dad & Mom for the Memorial Day Services. It looks great and had a lot of great remarks on it. Saw your folks yesterday - they were in the bank, both looking good. Your dad said they just came from doctor appointment and things were looking better.

Mr. Einck,
I just had to send you a note to tell you how absolutely beautiful Jesse's stone is. Since my dad is buried next to Jesse, I got to see it over Thanksgiving and it just took my breath away. Then i looked at the back of it and it brought me to tears. It has to be the most beautiful I've ever seen. I never met Jesse but he seems so familiar since he's so close to dad now. I just had to send you this note. What a wonderful way to remember someone you love. I know the holidays are tough for us right now - hope your family is hanging in there also.

Phil, Bonnie, and the Gang,
A note to again thank you for your time and talents in helping us to bring the Marion Veterans Memorial to completion. Your extra work and effort is greatly appreciated. I would gladly recommend your services to anyone that may need them. Thanks again.
Sincerely, Al Rinderknecht
Phil,
Thank you so much for your prompt and courteous service. The new stone is so much my Kristi. Your business speaks for itself. Merry X-Mas to you and your family.
As Always, Rick Lathrop
Dear Mr. Michel,
My wife and I visited my mom's grave in Iowa City last Friday and were very impressed with the monument you created. Both the stone and the lettering are excellent matches to my dad's and the positioning of the stone is perfect. It's a tough time in our lives, but work like yours is a mitigating factor.
F. Terry Hambrecht, M.D.
To Memorials by Michel,
I wish to tank you for a great job on my wife's grave stone. I meant to write earlier but at least late is better than never! It is a fine tribute to a great woman.
God bless you all, Bill O'Malley and Family
We visited the memorial on Father's Day and were so pleased with your work! Thank you for making Brooke's marker so beautiful.
Sincerely, Marilyn Workman

I am sure my husband would be very pleased with the handsome memorial you have provided.

Dear Bonnie and Phil,
With this I am sending you both my very sincere and deep gratitude for the very beautiful Memorial you did for both of us, my husband Leopold La Fosse and me. I am sure he is very happy with the final result. The choice of the material, the colors, the design, the shape of the granite, the hand engraved violin, the sones, all of the work was refined, really artistic and elegant. You both form a wonderful team. You were very flexible accepting all my suggestions and you had an incredible patience with my frequent change of plans and wishes. A work well done speaks by itself. Two friends who recently lost family members and saw the Memorial already asked me for your names. Thank you again for all the time spent in my house discussing the project with me and for all your good will to please me.
My best wishes. God bless you, Maria
Bonnie,
Hi! Here are the pictures I promised you! You did a great job - I have gotten many, many compliments on it! All of the guys at the Police Department LOVE it! Thanks sooo much for everything you did!

To whom it may concern,
I just want to tell you I've never seen a more beautiful memorial stone. My family all took pictures with it decorated and I am 100% satisfied. Whoever did the art work is remarkable and the back of the stone is also perfect as he was 100% loyal to his country. I am so glad I chose you along with the funeral chapel at Whatcheer and will do so again in the future. You are excellent. There's nothing like small town service. Thank you.
Sincerely, Judith J. Hunter
Dear Phil,
Dad and I would like to thank you for the help with the stone for Mom. It turned out far greater than we had hoped and he is pleased very much.
Thanks again, Stan & Stan Jr. Yoder
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your immediate attention in response to my concerns. I visited St. Joseph's today & pleased with the adjustments made to Myrna's memorial. From a personal prospective, I believe I'm more appreciative of your prompt attention than the physical task.
Thank you, Harry Samms
Phil,
Thank you for the new benches you donated to St. Bridgets Cemetery. They look very nice and go well with the altar.
Thank you, The Committee
Dear Phil,
The monument is just perfect! I appreciate all your efforts to have it set by Easter. We had a large gathering of family for Easter & they were able to see the monument. I can't remember the lady's name that did the art work but please pass on to her our appreciation of her beautiful work. Thank you, again for all your work to make such a beautiful monument.
Sincerely, Paula & Steve Pohrer
Dear Phil, Bonnie and Staff
Thank you for the lovely headstone, it is much more than what I expected. Mike, Tom & Marty attended Mass on Monday and the complements they received on the stone were numerous. I was at the cemetery on Saturday and Mr & Mrs. Marvin Goody. She was a lynch ahead of Jerry in school knows your dad. Anyway she asked where we got the stone. Told her Michel's in Solon. She said she was at the Cemetery on Saturday and the stone was not up then. I said you sent it on Sunday. She was very impressed. The oversized base is just great. Thank you for accommodating my family and myself. Marty sent photos to Steve on the computer. They were great but did not do justice to the hands on. The crossword puzzle speaks for itself, the grandchildren love the eagle. They have grand memories of grandpa and them driving east of hills on school mornings to look for the eagles. The beautiful tree with 54 years companionship engraved plus the 6 daises and one rose to symbolize our children. Phil thank you for the beautiful stone. It truly is a rich impressive and gorgeous monument.
Sincerely, Jean Mellecker
